Shipping Policy

All of our products are fullfilled from our warehouse in Canada. Our shipping rates vary depending on the location and size of the order. Time of arrival and shipping costs depend on distance from our Ontario Canada location. Cost and timeframes will be known based on shipping choice. Tracked packaging is available.

Return & Exchange Policy

If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 14-day return policy for exchange only. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team.
